Consumer How To Tutorials

We are constantly adding more how-to tutorials for our valuable consumer users. Please choose one or put in a comment if you would like any tutorials. We also encourage our consumers to submit tutorials to us. Please provide a link if you do create a tutorial and we would gladly feature it on our page right here.

This tutorial will teach you how to add/edit your credentials. 

Once you've created your iCrederity card, you need to add credentials before submitting it for verification. This tutorial aims at telling you how to add your credentials and modify them [if required].

Note: Any credentials, once submitted for verification CANNOT be edited. So, before submission, do take note that everything is in order. However, if you DO have some changes to make, please contact [email protected] and they will take it on a case-by-case basis.

Add a Credential

1. Click on 'add new' under the preferred section.

In the iCrederity card page, please click on 'add new' under any of the sections to add a credential to that section. For e.g. in this figure, clicking on 'Add New' would add a credential into the Work Experience section.

2. Enter data into the box that opens

Enter data into the box that opens up. Check the next image to see a filled box.

3. Choose to 'Get it verified' immediately or 'Save and Close'

Choosing to 'Get it verified', requires you to provide some more information for getting the credential verified. Upon furnishing this information, the credential will be added to the Verification Queue.

Check out the following screenshot to see what happens when you choose to 'Get it verified.'

If you choose to 'Save and Close," the credential will be added to your card, and not be added to your Verification Queue.

Editing Credentials

Editing credentials is the same process as adding one. You can click on the 'edit' options next to each credential in the card. 

Note: As mentioned earlier, you are not allowed to edit any credentials that have been submitted for verification.

Clicking on verified credentials

Verified credentials cannot be changed, however, clicking on any provides some reporting information that can be used to contact the admin for any problems or changes.
